Press, Affiliate Scheme, and New Sellers
QuickBitcoin in the press
Bitcoin has been getting a lot of press recently, and we are very excited to announce that QuickBitcoin was mentioned on the front page of the Financial Times. You can see the online version of the article here.
We also recently took part in the Satoshi Square event, thanks to everyone who came to meet us, if you have any questions or feedback, please drop us an email at [email protected]. We had a short interview with Coindesk which you can read up on here
Finally, if you tuned in to BBC London, you might have seen Hugh trading Bitcoins with a journalist in their 6pm coverage of the Santoshi Square event!
Bitcoin Affiliate Marketing Scheme
We are very excited to announce that we have now launched an affiliate scheme, allowing you to earn approx 1% of all sales which are generated through your affiliate url.
Becoming part of the affiliate scheme is very easy, and all you need is a Bitcoin wallet. Simply refer people to https://quickbitcoin.co.uk/?r=your-wallet-address . At the end of the month, we will automatically send any earned referrals to your Bitcoin wallet.
For example, if your wallet address is 1DsBGyxb2pjqoHu1cgScGcFEUagbrCvC2H, then your affiliate URL becomes
https://quickbitcoin.co.uk/?r=1DsBGyxb2pjqoHu1cgScGcFEUagbrCvC2H
If you feel that this is a bit long, then you can always shorten it on Bitly.
New Sellers
You may have noticed that we have a lot more stock recently. This is because we have added some new sellers. I am very happy to announce the following additions to the selling team: Pete, Simon, Mark, Andy and Xav. Including myself and Hugh, this now increases the number of sellers available to 7, greatly increasing the amount of stock we will have available. While the weekends can still sometimes spread us a bit thin, expect us to be always in stock during the week.
When purchasing from QuickBitcoin, the only difference you will notice is a change in the bank account you need to send the funds to, everything else remains identical.
