Changes to the order process

We have been working hard behind the scenes lately to bring some big
changes to how the order process works. There are many reasons behind
these changes, but the guiding principle, as always, is always customer
experience. Under the previous site flow, we found that a lot of
customers were frustrated because we were often offline, or out of
stock. This was largely due to the unavailability of operators at peak
times. The new site flow should address this; below is a summary of what
has changed:

  • New order form. You can now place an order at http://quickbitcoin.co.uk/order .
  • The cutoff time for order completion is now 6 hours, the average time for order completion is now under 1 hour.
  • We require you to provide us with bank details in case we need to issue a refund.
  • Added SSL support

The end result of these changes are that we will be able to handle a
larger volume of orders, to more customers.

If you have any questions about the changes, please do not hesitate to
email us.
